If the MCU does want Riri and Tony to have some relationship before her becoming a superhero , then her solo moving-picture show could traverse several years and show this bond forming . It would continue the late Marvel Studios trend of skip over around the timeline to tell dissimilar stories and give them an origin motion-picture show that is distinctly different from the many they ’ve done before . Of course , they could just as easily get RDJ to return for only a few flashback picture .
