Moon Studios has been a go - to developer for Microsoft when it hail to artistic platformers . Metroidvania titleOri and the Blind Forestproved extremely popular when it free in 2015 , earning rave review and wad of awards for its wonderful art direction . As such , it was never much of a surprise to learn that a sequel would be developed .

That sequel , Ori and the Will of the Wisps , has now been shown off in point at E3 2019 . Although bits and pieces about the secret plan have trickled out since its announcement , such as a 2d prevue at last year ’s E3 , this provides a much better spirit at howOri and the Will of the Wispsis going to address , as well as confirming a dismissal date of February 11 , 2020 . The trailer shows off a little more of the magical worldly concern ofOri and the Will of the Wisps . Once again the game is take care beautiful , with loads of smashing color and a really unique flavor to it all . Should the terminal biz have the same level of character thenOri and the Will of the Wispsshould be an extremely pretty game to flirt through .
That allege , the prevue also showcases just how vicious the world ofOri and the Will of the Wispscan be . Although there are some moments of calm , the core element of the trailer demonstrate off some pretty vivid battle with frightening enemies . As such , players will be trust thatOri and the Will of the Wispswill be a gripping experience .
Perhaps the biggest news program from the house trailer is that the plot lastly has a release date . Ori and the Will of the Wispshas been on the cards for some sentence , and now players know that they can pick it up on February 11 , a niggling later than some fans of the original may have expected .
