Hamill continued to explain how this would ’ve added emotional free weight on how Han was ruthlessly bump off by Kylo Ren withthe Skywalker twins personally witness his deathinstead of Rey and Finn . Chewbacca was also there , and he had a primal response to seeing his best buddy pour down , but the moment would ’ve had a stronger wallop if Luke and Leia were also there .
" I think it ’s more good to have citizenry that really have a history with Han Solo witness his death and be ineffectual to stop it . And for a franchise that banks heavily on nostalgia , it ’s difficult to think that they did n’t prioritize this specific moment . This way , rooter would ’ve had a right opportunity to say goodbye to these legacy character and move frontward with the new heroes of the enfranchisement .
