As a finishing touch , James Earl Jones was also brought back to reprise his iconic use of Mufasa , Simba ’s unredeemed Fatherhood , and perhaps the most far-famed Leo in movie history . unluckily , the more footage that ’s shown from the novel film , the more it looks like nothing more than a recap of the original .

While they break away records , the problem many are having is that both trailers seem captive to plainly try and recapture preceding glory by recreate classic moments from the original 2D animated feature . The same can also be suppose to an extent about the trailer for theAladdinremake , another big stack for 1990s Disney buff .
WhileThe Lion Kinghas plain been given a visual redevelopment , and the animals involved are now return in photo - naturalistic CGI , that presently looks like just about all that ’s changed . To be fair , it ’s quite potential the full film offers surprise twirl to the story and characters that are being saved for theatre , but it really does n’t sense that way . Now apparently , The Lion Kingitself is n’t an entirely original floor , as it draws most of its premise fromHamlet .
That said , 1994’sThe Lion Kingis an downright masterpiece .
