But he ’s lack from the flashback clip at Andy ’s house .

We ca n’t help but feel the decision to leave behind Etch A Sketch out ofToy Story 4altogether , including the flashback scene , might be a symbolic one . Like Wheezy and Bo Beep , he vanished at some stage in betweenToy Story 2andToy Story 3 . But , unlike Bo , he appears to already be go by the prison term the 4th film begins .

Of all the villains in theToy Storyseries , Lotso was arguably the most ruthless and evil . Sid likes to torture toys , Stinky Pete wish to keep them in line , while Gabby Gabby just likes their voice boxes . But despite smelling of strawberries and get a cuddly skin colour that all children would eff , Lotso spendsToy Story 3showing us how ruthless he is towards toy that reject to fall in line .
We last saw him stuck on the front of a truck , leaving audiences to speculate as to where he would terminate up a decade later . Well , we hate to sound like a broken record but an antique store is one of them . With the liberation ofToy Story 2 , Pixar settle to cast a toy villain into the mix in the form of Zurg , who eviscerate comparison with Darth Vader . It ’s revealed that he is actually Buzz ’s father ( we ’re still not quite sure how that works , so do n’t involve ) and he spends some time trying to track down his Word . They eventually adjudicate to give the whole founding father - son thing a go and were last seen at the end of the movie wager a game of catch .
However , Zurg was so amusing - and so based on Vader - it ’s a ignominy we did n’t get to see any much of him throughout the rest of theToy Storymovies . It would have been nice to see how his relationship with Buzz played out in the long footrace .
Green Army Men
When was last saw the Green Army Men inToy Story 3there were just three left : Sarge and the other two para . They were last blob jump into the same daycare centre where Ken and Barbie were , choosing to flee Andy ’s house after coming to the conclusion that they ’re normally the first to go when it comes to any mass - clearouts .
It would have been nice to get a cameo from the remaining III , just to know that they ’re still out there and have n’t total to harm . Given how wild some of the child appear to be it ’s not beyond the realms of opening that they were trampled on at some point . Maybe the bigwigs at Pixar just want to provide their fate ambiguous to spare us from any more heartbreak ?
